Harrisburg mayor-elect Wanda Williams broadcasts transition crew chairs

Harrisburg’s incoming mayor Wanda Williams introduced the chairs of her incoming transition crew on Friday.

Williams, who’s the present metropolis council president, beat incumbent Mayor Eric Papenfuse on Election Day earlier this month.

“It’s time to show the web page right here in Harrisburg, and I’m extraordinarily happy with the transition crew chairs that we’ve assembled to push Harrisburg and my new administration ahead,” Williams stated by way of press launch. “I’m honored that they’ve agreed to serve the town of Harrisburg, and we’re excited to get to work on day one.”

The transition crew chairs are:

Transition Crew Government Director: Dan Hartman.

Common Transition Crew chairs: Dan Miller, Harrisburg metropolis treasurer, and Patricia Patterson Lee, a retired administrator for the Harrisburg College District and former Government Director of the South Central Sickle Cell Council.

Administrative Crew Chair: Marita Kelley, a marketing consultant with Marita J Kelley Consulting Providers.

Group, Financial Improvement and Housing Crew Chair: Brian Hudson, former Government Director & CEO for the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Company.

Government Crew Chair: Marcia Perry Dix, CEO of Perry Media Group.

Common Providers Crew Chair: Aaron Johnson, former Harrisburg Public Works Director.

Public Security Crew Chair: Eric Jenkins, former Harrisburg firefighter.

Youth Crew Chair: Deb Wire, former Harrisburg College District educator.
